It has been the established practise of the parent TC1975 to ensure that its Scholars provision shall be incorporated into the DDT / Due Diligence Teams as they arise for specific projects.
Marvin Stark, QC, Professor Emeritus SFU continued to manage the legal parameters of TC1975 projects and services since its origination in 1975. These services are continued since Professor Stark's demise.
